My Story
My fitness journey hasn't always been about hitting personal bests and drinking green smoothies. For me, it started with finding confidence in my own skin. I built Madds Fitness PT because I wanted to create a space where exercise isn't a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do. My journey from a self-conscious gym-goer to a professional coach has taught me that the biggest transformations happen in the mind. I'm here to guide you through that same empowerment, focusing on sustainable movement and a restriction-free lifestyle that actually sticks.

Do I need a gym membership for online coaching?
Not necessarily! I can tailor your programme based on the equipment you have available, whether it's a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just your own body weight.
